Hospital Policies


Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.


Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.  After Hours, we do NOT accept personal checks without prior approval (cash or credit card ONLY).



Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 


Visitation Policies

Visitation of hospitalized patients is welcomed and encouraged with few exceptions.  Visitation can be done at any time during regular business hours. 

When visiting, please remember that critical patients sometimes get messy and need to be cleaned several times a day.  If your pet has some soiling, please remember that we do our best to keep patients cleaned up and your pet will not be left messy for long.

Special blankets are OK to bring, but please remember that we sometimes cannot allow your pet to have extra bedding for reasons of sanitation.
